What foam do we use for our mattresses?
Our cold foams are of the highest quality with a density of at least 40
kg/m³. They offer multiple benefits:
Best moisture regulation
The quality of a foam is demonstrated, among other things, by its ability to regulate the sleeping climate. Our foams are extremely open-celled and simultaneously hydrophilic. They can demonstrably absorb almost four times more moisture than conventional foams.
Optimal heat regulation
In addition to moisture-relevant mattress ventilation, a foam should always be evaluated based on how it absorbs and distributes body heat. Our foams offer the best possible dissipation of body heat and ensure a pleasant feeling.
First-class pressure relief
Our mattresses adapt to the individual, regardless of who sleeps on them. The cell structure – extremely open and completely inhomogeneous – ensures
Body in balance – innovative foam for gentle sleep.
High elasticity
Every sleep means movement, every movement means strain. Our foams don't mind this. They absorb the natural sleep movements and allow optimal freedom of movement during
of sleep. Significantly better values in rebound elasticity and
Top performance in terms of elongation at break guarantees permanently elastic foam.
- Cuddly with high resilience
- Very breathable & point-elastic
- Insensitive to the outside climate
- Cuddly with memory effect
- Point-elastic & pressure-relieving
- Reacts to body and outside temperature
What is the difference between cold foam, gel foam and visco foam?
Density : >/= 40 kg/m³
Hardness : H2, H3 or H4
- Springy - superficial lying feeling
- Breathable
- Insensitive to the outside climate
Density : >/= 45 kg/m³
Hardness : H2

Which degree of hardness is right for me?
It is best to base your decision on the firmness of your mattress at home.
you choose as the basis for your decision.
The higher the mattress, the more comfortable it will be and the longer it will last. However, motorhomes often have limitations due to storage space, cargo weight, and window heights. Therefore, you don't always have complete flexibility when it comes to mattress thickness. Generally speaking, the higher the mattress, the firmer it will be. If you're unsure which firmness level is right for you, or if you and your partner have different preferences, it's best to choose the two-layer version.
If you have a flexible slatted frame with adjustable firmness and a spring system, this will also affect the firmness of your mattress. The more flexible the base, the less effort you'll have to exert to turn over in your sleep. The sleeping experience will be more comfortable and softer, and you can choose the same firmness as at home. However, if your base is a simple wooden frame or a chipboard without springs, you'll need a softer mattress than you would at home.
Generally, we also provide recommendations and guidelines here. You can see these in the foam selection. However, if you weigh 90 kg and tend to sleep on a soft mattress at home, you won't feel comfortable on a firm mattress with us. We always recommend the two-layer version because it provides a firm, stable cold foam base that prevents you from sinking in or sagging. The soft cold foam on the surface allows you to sink into the mattress comfortably, even with a thinner mattress.
What happens if the mattress, topper, sheet or protector doesn't fit?
Our highest priority is your satisfaction. Only when you sleep well will we sleep well!
Therefore, if the mattress, topper, sheet, or mattress protector doesn't fit for any reason, we'll find a solution. It may take time and a little money, but we can do it.
But it's important to note: we manufacture everything to order and exactly according to your specifications. Therefore, our products are custom-made and non-returnable.
However, if we made a mistake during production, we will of course take the goods back and you will receive a replacement immediately.
We are a foam manufacturer. We make all our products by hand with great care and love.
We work with minimal tolerances, but millimeter-precise cutting is only possible with a CNC machine, whose setup costs and setup time are prohibitively expensive for custom production. Therefore, we don't have a CNC machine, but we do have incredible experience.
Therefore, if you require a mattress or topper for your campervan to be manufactured to the millimeter, you must let us know. We will then work with our foam manufacturer, who will make this possible without any problems. We will then provide you with a separate quote.
We'll take care of everything else! :-)
